Information you share
When you make an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, preferred contact method, proposed date, location, guest estimate and the story or occasion you choose to describe. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical logs such as IP address and browser information for security and reliable delivery. If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, those services also process the information you send through them.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, check availability, prepare a proposal, arrange a conversation and, if you proceed, provide and administer the requested ceremony or celebration. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform any resulting agreement.
News and special offers
We will only send news, invitations or promotional messages when you actively select the optional marketing box. This consent is separate from your enquiry and is never required to receive a response or a proposal. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to km@thegoldenunicorns.com or replying STOP to a WhatsApp message.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as needed to follow up and are deleted or anonymised no later than twelve months after the last meaningful contact. Booking, invoice and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law. Marketing contact details are kept until you withdraw consent or they are no longer needed.
Who may process it
Information is shared only when necessary with service providers that support website hosting, email, communications, storage, event production, accounting or payment administration. Form enquiries are transmitted to our inbox through FormSubmit, operated by Devro LABS. Enquiries are used only for this service and are not added to The Golden Unicorns membership database. WhatsApp communications are processed by WhatsApp and its service providers. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to km@thegoldenunicorns.com and identify the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at aepd.es.
Website storage and cookies
This website currently uses only local browser storage to remember the language you select. It does not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers.
Using this website
Browsing this website does not create a booking or a contract. A ceremony is reserved only when a written proposal has been accepted under the conditions stated in that proposal. Please use the website lawfully and do not copy, interfere with or misuse its content or services. Information is prepared with care but may be updated as the offering evolves.
